Student Feedback Mechanism

We give top priority to Student's well-being and satisfaction. We welcome your feedback anytime and should you have any issue or concern, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and act to resolve areas of concerns either immediately or within Twenty-One (21) working days, depending on the complexity of each case.

If the school is unable to resolve the complaint or dispute amicably, students can refer to Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC) or Singapore Institute of Arbitrators (SIArb) through CPE Student Services Centre for mediation.  All evaluations and feedback will be treated in strictest confidential.
